Shuichi Narita (Shu) is the Director of Brand Creative at Nike Tokyo, leading the creative vision behind the Swoosh in Japan. As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, he shapes regional strategy and the campaigns that come from it, in collaboration with athletes, artists, and international teams.

Fluent in both Japanese and English brand storytelling, his work is grounded in a rigorous design sensibility and the belief that the strongest brand stories operate the same way across cultures. Then they don't.
Across more than twenty clients in sport, technology, fashion, telecommunications, and consumer goods, he has built identities from the ground up, led transformative rebrands, and earned recognition at major international creative awards.

Before Nike, Shuichi held creative roles at Leo Burnett Chicago, Hill Holliday New York, Leo Burnett Singapore, Dentsu Singapore, BBDO Japan, Fjord Tokyo, and Accenture Song Droga5 Tokyo.

Outside of work, he sharpens his own craft in design and storytelling and, most importantly, spends time with his wife and son in Tokyo.
